The existing building has been in the current owners family for a number of generations.
The farmhouse was converted into open-plan offices which were un-let for a number of years. the cowbarn was used as a light industrial unit + then became vacant.
The client wished to undertake all the construction work themselves, we provided full services upto building regulation submission + advice where needed to completion.
PHASE ONE: conversion of the two storey farm building into six flats set within a cobbled mews courtyard.
Completed+fully occupied 2010
PHASE TWO: proposed demolition of the cow shed and construction of four flats within a new block, to match the existing farm building.
